The 80th Annual Meeting of the Members of the Delaware County Electric Cooperative (DCEC) will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at:
- Delaware Academy at 2 Sheldon Drive, Delhi, NY 13753
- 8:30am - Registration
- 9:00am - Member Q&A in Cafeteria (coffee and breakfast pastries will be available)
- 10:00am - Business Meeting in Auditorium
During the meeting, officers of DCEC provide reports on the status of the Cooperative. Also during the 2024 Annual Meeting, voting members were asked to ballot on:
- Three Director seats up for election
- One proposed Bylaw change
- Three local charities/organizations
If you are unable to attend the meeting in-person, you may vote with an ABSENTEE BALLOT at our office from Monday, 7/29, through Tuesday, 8/20 by 4pm. You will need a government issued ID.
